This is a new site from General Mills that lets you share, save & post fabulous recipes. They have some super creative recipes over there. I found this ADORABLE lego block birthday cake recipe that I will be making for my sons 2nd birthday next month. Isn't is cute? He is gonna love it!


I really do love the site. It has a ton of recipes that people can vote on and leave comments which is really helpful. The photos are big & bright. The only snag I found with the site is that it can be crazy slow at times. I thought this was just my computer but I noticed a few other folks discovered this as well. I'm sure it's because it's a new site that is growing FAST and they are still working out the kinks. Either way I'll be sure to submit some of my recipes and check back often. Lookin good Tablespoon.com!!! Keep up the good work!

    My favorite cooking utensil is my flour sifter! Sounds like a funny favorite, but I love how cute and vintage it looks so much that I keep it out on the counter so I can see it all the time. Also having it out give me inspiration to make more cake, and more cake is always a good thing!

    Hey Miss Monique--I love your site and great recipes.Thank you for helping the Divas. I am a cooking Diva...and I LOVE to use COOKING THONGS. They are better then a spoon and fork because you can turn and remove food from the pot while allowing space between yourself and the pot.

    Hey, Ms. Monique! My favorite utensel is the spatula. Why? Not only does it have multiple uses, but in a pinch can be used as a disciplinary tool when a kid is outta line-LOL!

    My favorite cooking utensil is my cast iron skillet. It brings back soooo many memories of watching my mother in the kitchen frying up some chicken. Even now I do the same. My chicken doesn't even tatste right if its not in my skillet!!!

    I have to say that my favorite utensil is my mixer. I can't stand using just a spoon to mix.

    My favorite cooking utensil is my knife. I've had it forever and its still sharp and can cut through just about anything. Love it.

    My favorite kitchen utensil is my spatula. She's growing old on me but as long as she can scrap the last corner of batter out of my glass bowl, she can stay!
